Furniture, Fabrics and Vinyl durability varies greatly based upon care and maintenance.

The air near Salt Water (such as Rocky Point) impacts virtually everything and requires significantly more care than it would in Tucson.

3. Cushions must be kept dry and clean or they are subject to mildew and mold far more often in the humid coastal climate.

Furniture used on properties which are available as rentals is covered under Commercial Warranty. In most case this is a substantially shorter time period than Residential Warranty period.
